- • The Marketing Manager is a high-impact role within the Innovation Economy division of The Baldwin Group, focusing on high-growth emerging sectors including Technology and Cannabis. This role is essential for building out the outbound marketing engine from the ground up, bridging creative marketing and strategic sales to generate incremental lead pipelines.
- • Day to day, the person will design and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting enterprise accounts, lead creation of tailored sales collateral and pitch decks, manage creative freelancers and agencies for visual assets, architect multi-stage lead funnels, optimize LinkedIn and display advertising campaigns, manage landing page A/B testing, identify and negotiate sponsorship opportunities, oversee affiliate marketing programs, coordinate event integration, and implement AI-driven workflows using Claude, Gemini, and OpenAI to automate copywriting, lead research, and dynamic lead scoring.

- • The person will learn to build scalable outbound marketing systems from scratch, master AI agentic workflows for marketing automation, gain expertise in high-touch ABM for enterprise accounts, develop proficiency in managing five-figure ad spends and sponsorship deals, and grow leadership experience by managing freelancers, agencies, and cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years in marketing with a focus on growth, performance, or demand generation; experience in B2B SaaS, FinTech, or Insurtech highly preferred
- • Hands-on experience building automated workflows using OpenAI (GPTs), Claude (Artifacts/Projects), or Gemini, as well as no-code automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make) to create agentic systems
- • Strong understanding of the growth stack, including LinkedIn Campaign Manager, CRM (Salesforce), 6Sense, and landing page builders
- • Exceptional copywriting skills and experience managing creative freelancers or agencies to produce professional marketing assets
- • Proven ability to source, onboard, and lead freelancers or offshore agencies to scale output
- • Strong track record of managing five-figure monthly ad spends and negotiating direct sponsorship deals
