Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own end-to-end marketing operations for HubSpot, including workflow design, lead scoring, contact segmentation, list hygiene, and reporting to ensure accurate attribution and clean marketing data.
- • Drive conversion rate optimization across key marketing surfaces — website, landing pages, email, and paid channels — by designing and executing structured A/B and multivariate tests, identifying funnel drop-offs, and implementing data-backed improvements.
- • Lead product marketing efforts for new product launches by developing messaging frameworks, positioning documents, sales enablement assets, and competitive intelligence to translate product capabilities into buyer-resonant language.
- • Maintain and update core marketing assets continuously to reflect product evolution and market feedback, ensuring alignment between product features and go-to-market messaging.
- • Build and manage customer marketing programs including onboarding sequences, expansion campaigns, and retention workflows, partnering with Customer Success to create a pipeline of customer references and advocates.
- • Serve as the operational backbone of the marketing team by owning the marketing calendar, project tracking, cross-functional coordination, and timeline management to ensure campaigns and product launches execute on schedule.
- • Proactively flag blockers, close communication loops, and streamline workflows to eliminate inefficiencies and keep the team aligned and productive.
- • Leverage AI tools to automate repetitive tasks, enhance workflow efficiency, and accelerate content and campaign production, building new solutions where existing tools fall short.
- • Collaborate closely with Rev Ops, Sales Ops, Product, and Customer Success teams to align systems, data, and goals across functions, ensuring seamless handoffs and shared accountability.
- • Pull, interpret, and present funnel metrics and performance dashboards to the broader team, translating data into actionable insights that inform strategy and optimize spend.
- • Write clear, high-quality copy across all marketing contexts — customer emails, internal briefs, product one-pagers, and campaign assets — without requiring copywriting support to reach a polished standard.
- • Maintain a structured, systems-oriented approach to marketing, building playbooks from scratch where none exist and ensuring processes are scalable, repeatable, and documented.
- • Stay current with evolving marketing technologies, APIs, and integrations to optimize the marketing tech stack and improve cross-tool workflow efficiency.
- • Support the team’s operational rhythm by managing deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations with deep HubSpot proficiency
- • Proven track record running conversion rate optimization experiments (A/B tests, multivariate tests)
- • Demonstrated product marketing experience including messaging, positioning, and go-to-market asset creation
- • Strong operational mindset with ability to build systems and manage complex workflows
- • Excellent written communication skills across diverse marketing contexts
- • Analytical fluency with funnel data, dashboards, and performance metrics
🏖️ Benefits
- • 401(k) plan and equity grants for all full-time employees
- • Affordable medical, dental, and vision coverage with mental health support via Headspace and Talkspace
- • Flexible PTO policy, 11 paid company holidays, and remote work eligibility
- • One-time home office setup stipend and recurring merchant shopping stipend
