📋 Description
- • As a Marketing Manager – DTC Telehealth at Hangar Aviation Technologies, Inc., you will own messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy for a portfolio of direct-to-consumer telehealth brands, including a men's health ED brand and an upcoming GLP-1 brand, driving measurable growth through strategic campaign development and cross-functional collaboration.
- • Day to day, you will define value propositions and customer personas, translate competitive insights into compelling narratives, develop campaign concepts and creative briefs for paid social, email, and landing pages, partner with media buyers to align creative with performance goals, outline testing plans for hooks and offers, review campaign data to optimize messaging, and maintain a playbook of proven angles and formats while ensuring all content is compliant and on-brand in sensitive healthcare categories.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3–6 years of experience in marketing manager, product marketing, or growth marketing roles
- • Strong B2C/DTC background, ideally in health/wellness, consumer subscription, or telehealth, with experience in performance-focused brands and heavy paid social
- • Excellent messaging, positioning, and copywriting instincts, with the ability to write or direct strong creative briefs and translate customer insights into compelling narratives
