- • As an Employer Activation Marketing Manager at Rula Health, you will drive growth by leading data-driven marketing initiatives that generate patient starts from employer partners, directly impacting access to mental healthcare.
- • You will execute end-to-end activation campaigns, optimize conversion touchpoints through A/B testing, automate workflows using AI and MarTech tools, and develop scalable playbooks to increase team efficiency.
- • You will partner with Analytics to ensure accurate data attribution, report on conversion rates and incrementality, and serve as a cross-functional bridge between Marketing, Commercial, and Sales teams to align efforts with partner needs.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in B2B marketing, growth experimentation, and healthcare activation while contributing to a mission-driven organization dedicated to reducing mental health stigma and expanding access to care.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of related professional experience in Marketing, Growth, or Operations with a focus on user activations
- • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel/Google Sheets, Looker, SFDC)
- • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, high-visibility projects with cross-functional stakeholders
- • Experience in B2B marketing or account management, preferably with enterprise clients
- • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot)
- • Familiarity with using AI tools or agents (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to automate content versioning, data cleaning, or campaign operations
