  • • Own the end-to-end development and execution of localized, India-specific marketing strategies to grow AMBOSS’s market share and revenue across India.
  • • Develop a deep understanding of the Indian medical education landscape, including local exam systems (e.g., NEET PG, AIIMS, FMGE) and academic structures to inform campaign design.
  • • Adapt global messaging and content to align with cultural, linguistic, and behavioral nuances of Indian medical students and physicians, ensuring relevance and resonance.
  • • Plan and execute multichannel digital marketing campaigns across CRM, Paid Social, SEM, SEO, and organic social media, with a focus on high-impact regional platforms like WhatsApp and Meta.
  • • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance across acquisition, activation, and retention funnels using data to drive continuous improvement.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with global teams in CRM, Performance Marketing, Creative, and Product to ensure alignment, scalability, and consistency of brand messaging.
  • • Build and maintain scalable best practices for marketing operations in India, translating global frameworks into locally effective tactics.
  • • Leverage limited data sets to design actionable marketing initiatives, demonstrating resourcefulness and analytical rigor in a fast-evolving market.
  • • Serve as the primary business partner for regional growth, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and driving solutions across teams.
  • • Communicate clearly and persuasively with internal stakeholders and external partners in both English and Hindi, ensuring alignment and effective execution.
  • • Maintain cultural sensitivity and adaptability across India’s diverse regional markets, tailoring outreach to local preferences and communication styles.
  • • Balance strategic long-term vision with day-to-day operational execution, ensuring both immediate results and sustainable growth.
  • • Employ a data-driven decision-making approach to prioritize initiatives, allocate budget efficiently, and demonstrate ROI on marketing investments.
  • • Act as the voice of the Indian market within global marketing discussions, advocating for localized needs while integrating global standards.
  • • Stay updated on evolving digital marketing trends, platform algorithms, and consumer behaviors specific to India’s medical education sector.
  • • Ensure all marketing activities comply with regional regulations and ethical standards for health-related content.
  • • Represent AMBOSS at industry events, webinars, and academic forums in India to strengthen brand presence and credibility among medical students and professionals.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing within India
  • • Strong understanding of multichannel marketing (WhatsApp, CRM, Paid Social, SEM, SEO, Social Media)
  • • Experience developing and implementing localized marketing strategies with culturally adapted messaging
  • • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
  • • Analytical mindset with ability to drive impact using limited data
  • • Comfortable operating strategically and operationally in a fast-paced environment
