📋 Description

• The Marketing Manager, Strategic Events is responsible for planning, standardizing, and executing a scalable portfolio of high-impact events that drive demand, support pipeline growth, and strengthen the NRI brand.
• This role owns the strategy and execution for approximately 20–25 regional field events and 4 corporate marquee events annually, with a strong focus on operational excellence, repeatable frameworks, and measurable ROI.
• The position shifts NRI from event volume to event effectiveness by building consistent processes, toolkits, and measurement models that enable growth and regional flexibility while maintaining brand and experience standards.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include developing event strategies, managing event logistics, coordinating with cross-functional teams, establishing standardized processes and toolkits, measuring event ROI, and ensuring brand consistency across all events.
• The role is part of the marketing team at Core BTS, Inc., contributing to demand generation and pipeline growth through strategic event initiatives.
• The person in this role can learn advanced event strategy, scalable event operations, ROI measurement frameworks, and cross-functional leadership while contributing to brand growth and market impact.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in event planning and execution, preferably in B2B or technology sectors
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
• Experience developing standardized processes, toolkits, and measurement models for events
• Ability to measure and demonstrate event ROI and impact on pipeline growth
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams
• Strategic thinking to shift focus from event volume to event effectiveness
