🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a management or lead role within a tech company
- • Demonstrated experience in B2B or B2C digital marketing, demand generation, and growth strategies
- • Strong proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or similar)
- • Experience with CRM systems and pipeline reporting (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot CRM)
- • Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret analytics and translate insights into action
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- • Prior remote work experience, fluency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana), and ideally experience working with US or UK-based companies
