- • The Marketing Manager-Terrain role at AgLoan ensures that economic insights from the Terrain team are effectively communicated to stakeholders of participating Farm Credit associations, supporting business development goals through strategic digital content delivery.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and deploying emails for Terrain subscribers, managing contact databases in compliance with financial regulations, amplifying and repurposing content across media formats, leading social media strategy, collaborating with partner associations on digital advertising, and developing analytics dashboards to measure content impact.
- • The role operates within the Terrain team, a group of agricultural economists providing market intelligence to Farm Credit association customers, and works closely with editors, designers, analysts, and external partners to enhance content reach and utility.
- • The position offers opportunities to develop expertise in agricultural financial services marketing, lead cross-functional digital initiatives, master marketing automation and analytics tools, and contribute to meaningful industry insights that support farmers and rural communities.
🎯 Requirements
- • At least 5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, marketing, or a related field, preferably in financial services or agriculture
- • Proficiency with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms
- • Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Power BI
- • Experience managing CRMs, email lists, or contact databases in a regulated environment
- • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills
