- • The Marketing Material & Literature Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting Penumbra’s mission to deliver cutting-edge medical solutions by ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely production of marketing and educational materials for healthcare professionals and patients.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating the creation, review, translation, and distribution of marketing literature such as brochures, product guides, training manuals, and digital assets; managing version control and regulatory compliance; liaising with cross-functional teams including marketing, regulatory, legal, and sales; and maintaining centralized libraries of approved materials.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, or a related field
- • Experience in marketing coordination, content management, or document control within a regulated industry (e.g., medical devices, pharmaceuticals)
- • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with document management systems or content libraries
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German language proficiency is a plus
- • Ability to work collaboratively across global teams and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
