📋 Description
- • As a Marketing Motion Designer at WellTech Limited, you will be a key player in the Creative Production team, creating high-converting motion content for Facebook, TikTok, and Google that stops the scroll and drives measurable growth for wellness apps used by 25.5 million users worldwide.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include designing high-energy transitions and dynamic typography, analyzing creative performance data to iterate on winning concepts, collaborating with Video Producers and Growth Managers on KPI-aligned concepts, and mentoring peers through design reviews to elevate conversion-centric thinking.
- • You will join a diverse, remote-friendly team of 700+ professionals across Cyprus, Ukraine, Poland, Spain, and the UK, working within a data-driven culture that values growth, results, and leading by example in the wellness technology space.
- • In this role, you will sharpen your ability to blend artistic design with performance marketing, master platform-specific ad formats, and see your work directly influence user acquisition and engagement metrics at scale.
🎯 Requirements
- • Mastery of After Effects and Premiere Pro for motion design and video editing
- • Fluency in English with strong communication skills to pitch creative ideas clearly
- • Proven portfolio demonstrating top-tier graphic design skills with expertise in typography, hierarchy, and color
- • Experience using Figma as a primary collaborative design tool
- • Understanding of TikTok, Meta, and YouTube ad formats from both technical and psychological perspectives
- • Ability to connect creative decisions to business goals and user behavior through performance literacy
