- • Audit and optimize the go-to-market (GTM) technology stack including Clay, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Tofu to map data flows and identify enrichment gaps for lead quality improvement
- • Build and own end-to-end enrichment workflows using multi-provider waterfalls to increase signal-based outreach at scale
- • Develop intent-driven top-of-funnel (Tofu) campaigns that leverage behavioral and firmographic data to target developers and enterprises
- • Write production-grade code in Next.js, Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript to create custom integrations, automation pipelines, and data processing tools that extend beyond off-the-shelf platforms
- • Programmatically extract and manipulate data from HubSpot’s API to enable advanced segmentation, lead scoring, and automated nurturing workflows
- • Maintain Salesforce database hygiene and implement CRM integrations to ensure accurate lead routing and sales alignment
- • Act as the connective tissue between Marketing, Sales, and Data teams to align systems, metrics, and execution across functions
- • Design and deploy reliable automation systems that operate without failure during peak usage, prioritizing uptime and data integrity
- • Identify and implement data quality improvements focused on enrichment rates, match rates, and hygiene as core operational KPIs
- • Rapidly prototype and ship quick wins within the first 30 days to demonstrate impact on lead quality and conversion efficiency
- • Leverage LLM APIs and AI-powered tools such as Claude Code to build autonomous workflows that enhance lead enrichment and personalization
- • Prioritize ruthlessly in a fast-moving startup environment, balancing long-term system design with immediate business needs
- • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure GTM systems scale with the company’s 10x enterprise ARR growth trajectory
- • Work with a data stack that processes over 1 billion calls and serves 1 million developers, ensuring systems can handle high-volume, high-velocity inputs
- • Translate business objectives into technical requirements for GTM automation, ensuring alignment with customer segments including Amazon Ring, ServiceTitan, New York Life, Intuit, and Kavak
- • Maintain a systems-thinking mindset focused on clean data models, modular workflows, and resilient infrastructure that prevents breakdowns under pressure
- • Contribute to a culture of ownership where 70% of employees are former founders and technical autonomy is expected
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in Product or GTM Engineering at a high-growth startup or AI company with an agent-forward approach
- • Demonstrated ability to write production-quality code in Next.js, Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript to build integrations, automation workflows, and data pipelines
- • Proven experience building or prototyping AI-powered workflows using LLM APIs such as Claude Code
- • Deep expertise in HubSpot, including programmatic use of its API beyond basic list exports
- • Comfort and experience with Salesforce for CRM maintenance, database hygiene, and integration wiring
- • Systems-thinking mindset focused on clean data models, reliable pipelines, and automation that operates reliably under load
