- • Beamery is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Marketing Operations and Technology Manager to join our dynamic team in London, UK. This pivotal role is responsible for shaping and executing our marketing technology strategy, ensuring seamless platform operations, and driving innovation through AI automation. You will be instrumental in optimizing our marketing efforts, enhancing campaign performance, and providing critical insights to leadership.
- • As the owner of the overarching marketing technology strategy, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our martech stack. This includes the crucial evaluation, selection, and integration of emerging AI tools to keep Beamery at the forefront of marketing innovation. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring our technology stack is robust, efficient, and aligned with our business objectives.
- • A key aspect of this role involves implementing and managing AI-assisted workflows. You will leverage cutting-edge technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), to personalize campaigns at scale, streamline content creation pipelines, and enable intent-driven outreach. The goal is to significantly reduce manual overhead, accelerate execution speed, and enhance the overall effectiveness of our marketing initiatives.
- • You will also administer and evolve our Content Management System (CMS) and publishing infrastructure, likely utilizing platforms like Contentful or equivalent. This includes meticulous management of taxonomy, content modeling, and establishing robust workflow governance to ensure content is organized, accessible, and published efficiently across all channels.
- • Collaboration with the Engineering team will be essential. You will partner closely with them on platform architecture, API integrations, and performance optimization across the entire marketing technology ecosystem. This cross-functional partnership ensures technical feasibility and scalability of our marketing solutions.
- • In terms of reporting and analytics, you will own the full-funnel marketing reporting. This involves providing deep insights into program effectiveness, Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy performance, and channel effectiveness, coupled with clear, actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- • You will be responsible for building and maintaining comprehensive dashboards that track key metrics such as pipeline contribution, publishing performance, and campaign ROI across all relevant channels, including organic, paid, social, and syndication.
- • Defining and governing marketing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in partnership with the demand generation team is a core responsibility. You will report on performance to Marketing and commercial leadership on a regular cadence, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- • Data integrity is paramount. You will ensure the highest standards of data quality and accuracy across all marketing systems, properties, and integrations, providing a reliable foundation for all reporting and decision-making.
- • Furthermore, you will lead marketing budgeting, forecasting, and planning in close collaboration with the Sales team. The focus will be on maximizing Return on Investment (ROI) across the entire marketing funnel, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- • In Sales Operations and Cross-Functional Collaboration, you will work closely with sales operations to optimize lead and account management processes. This includes refining lead scoring, routing mechanisms, and ensuring efficient handovers to the Sales team to maximize conversion rates.
- • You will translate complex technical SEO and site performance data—including schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and indexing—into actionable improvements that directly support organic pipeline growth and enhance our search engine visibility.
