- • Architect and scale the technical infrastructure and AI-driven operational layer that powers Addi’s growth engine, ensuring reliable, cost-efficient, and measurable multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- • Redesign Braze canvas architecture, implement automated journey health monitoring, optimize LLM token usage, renegotiate vendor contracts, and establish standardized campaign governance to reduce errors and accelerate speed-to-market.
- • Build a scalable incentive engine for cashback/coupon campaigns and a real-time growth health dashboard by hardening data pipelines between Braze, Amplitude, and Snowflake.
- • Lead a high-output team in a regulated fintech environment, driving ownership, cross-functional collaboration with Risk, Legal, and Engineering, and operational excellence through zero-defect QA processes and strict SOPs.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7-10 years of experience in Marketing Operations, RevOps, or Engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a high-growth fintech or marketplace.
- • Proven experience moving AI from experiment to production, including managing API costs and reliability for customer-facing workflows using LLMs (Anthropic, OpenAI).
- • Expert-level proficiency in Braze (Liquid logic, connected content, API-triggered canvassing), SQL, Amplitude, and familiarity with GitHub/GitLab for managing agentic workflow scripts.
- • Demonstrated ability to save over $100k annually in tool spend through optimization or reduce campaign error rates from double digits to near-zero.
- • Experience managing marketing infrastructure for products with millions of monthly active users and high transaction volumes.
- • Strong commercial and vendor acumen, including negotiating SaaS contracts and evaluating vendor performance against SLAs for $1M+ Martech spend.
