We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Operations Manager to join our Growth team and significantly enhance our marketing engine through exceptional email execution, intelligent automation, and robust marketing technology management.
  • • This pivotal role will collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps departments to ensure our campaigns are optimized, our data is accurate, and our systems operate efficiently, ultimately driving measurable pipeline impact and contributing to Jungle Scout's continued success.
  • • You will be entrusted with the ownership of both our email marketing strategy and the operational infrastructure that supports it. This encompasses the design, implementation, and continuous optimization of lifecycle campaigns, the meticulous management of our marketing technology stack, the enhancement of lead routing and scoring mechanisms, the diligent maintenance of data quality, and the enablement of cross-functional teams through insightful reporting and streamlined workflows.
  • • **Email Marketing & Campaign Execution:**
  • • Design, build, and optimize sophisticated email programs aimed at driving acquisition, fostering product engagement, and ensuring customer retention across both our Product-Led Growth (PLG) and Enterprise customer segments.
  • • Develop and implement segmented nurture streams, automated workflows, and comprehensive lifecycle journeys that guide prospects and customers through their journey with Jungle Scout.
  • • Conduct in-depth performance analysis of email campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights to continuously improve key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and ultimately, pipeline creation.
  • • **Marketing Operations & Tech Stack Ownership:**
  • • Take full ownership of the management and optimization of our core marketing technology stack, including but not limited to Marketo, Salesforce, Chili Piper, Salesloft, and Gong, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
  • • Partner closely with the Revenue Operations (RevOps) team to meticulously maintain accurate lead flow, refine routing rules, manage lifecycle stages, and ensure robust data synchronization across all platforms.
  • • Uphold and enhance strong data hygiene practices, develop sophisticated segmentation strategies, and ensure accurate attribution modeling across the entire marketing database.
  • • **Lead Scoring, Routing & Qualification:**
  • • Own and continuously refine our lead scoring models, utilizing both behavioral and firmographic data to accurately identify and prioritize high-potential leads.
  • • Guarantee that leads are routed with speed and precision to the appropriate sales segments, minimizing response times and maximizing conversion opportunities.
  • • Play a key role in influencing and defining MQL (Marketing Qualified Lead) and SQL (Sales Qualified Lead) criteria, fostering strong alignment with Sales and RevOps teams.
  • • **AI-Enhanced Workflow & Content:**
  • • Proactively explore and implement AI-powered tools and strategies to accelerate content creation, enhance reporting capabilities, optimize testing methodologies, and drive overall operational efficiencies.
  • • **Cross-Functional Collaboration:**
  • • Foster strong collaborative relationships with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps teams to ensure alignment on campaign objectives, data requirements, and process improvements.
  • • Provide critical reporting, actionable insights, and strategic recommendations to support the development and execution of Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies.
  • • **What Success Looks Like in 6 Months:**
  • • Email and lifecycle programs are consistently delivering high-quality pipeline, exceeding targets.
  • • Lead scoring and routing systems are demonstrably accurate, highly efficient, and fully trusted by the Sales team.
  • • Marketing data is clean, readily actionable, and demonstrably improving audience targeting and campaign effectiveness.
  • • The marketing technology stack is streamlined, thoroughly documented, and optimized for both speed and scalability.
  • • AI capabilities are effectively embedded into content creation and strategic planning, leading to faster execution and deeper analytical insights.
  • • **Who You Are:**
  • • You possess 4+ years of progressive experience in Email Marketing, Marketing Operations, or a closely related field.
  • • You have deep, hands-on expertise with key marketing and sales technologies such as Marketo, Salesforce, Chili Piper, Salesloft, and Gong.
  • • You bring a strong background in developing and executing effective email strategies, automation, segmentation, and lifecycle campaigns.
  • • You are inherently data-driven and analytical, comfortable navigating and deriving insights from complex datasets.
  • • You are skilled in the intricacies of lead scoring, lead routing, and maintaining high standards of database quality.
  • • You are AI-native, actively leveraging AI tools to enhance your productivity and effectiveness.
  • • You are highly organized, possess exceptional attention to detail, and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
  • • **Bonus Points:**
  • • Prior experience in B2B SaaS, Enterprise marketing, Segment, Power BI, the Amazon/ecommerce landscape, or a strong foundation in digital marketing fundamentals would be highly advantageous.
