- • You will leverage tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Crunchbase, and other research platforms to identify passive candidates and hidden talent within competitive startup environments.
- • Developing targeted outreach lists based on specific technical requirements will be essential for success.
- • The role also includes Deep Research & Market Insights (15%), where you will deliver valuable intelligence regarding startup funding rounds, company growth, and hiring signals.
- • Tracking competitor movements and emerging talent hubs within the startup ecosystem will provide crucial context for hiring strategies.
- • You will provide this intelligence to internal recruiting teams to inform strategic hiring decisions.
- • Finally, Data Integrity & Research Documentation (10%) ensures the accuracy and usability of the information you gather.
- • You will maintain accurate and organized talent pipelines within structured research trackers, ensuring market maps and candidate databases are up-to-date and actionable.
- • Managing sourcing data within shared documentation tools like Google Sheets will be a daily task.
