With over 300 million downloads and processing more than 5 billion images annually, PhotoRoom is the world's leading AI photo editor, empowering both individual creators and major enterprises like Amazon, DoorDash, and Decathlon.   • This pivotal role is designed to translate our enterprise marketing strategy into scalable automation, accurate attribution, structured lead management, and reliable reporting, primarily within HubSpot Marketing Hub. You will work in close partnership with the Head of Enterprise Marketing, RevOps, and Data teams to operationalize how enterprise demand is captured, nurtured, qualified, and handed off to sales. Your expertise will ensure that marketing-generated enterprise pipeline is not only structured and trackable but also continuously optimized within our broader revenue framework. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of B2B SaaS marketing funnels, a proven track record in marketing operations, and a strong analytical mindset to drive measurable impact.
  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • *Campaign Operations & Automation:**
  • Design, build, rigorously test (QA), and maintain sophisticated marketing campaign workflows within HubSpot Marketing Hub. This includes developing and managing lifecycle nurture sequences, re-engagement programs, targeted enterprise prospect journeys, and seamless trial-to-paid conversion flows.
  • Take ownership of the configuration of automated email programs, meticulously defining segmentation logic, implementing complex branching conditions, optimizing send times, managing suppression lists, and actively monitoring deliverability to ensure maximum reach and engagement.
  • Oversee the scheduling of marketing campaigns, manage audience segmentation and list creation across HubSpot, and ensure consistent logic and clean audience segmentation in coordination with Braze, our B2C lifecycle tool.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all marketing automation workflows, campaign logic, and operational processes to ensure clarity, consistency, and auditability.
  • *Attribution & Marketing Analytics:**
  • Manage and refine campaign-level and channel-level attribution models within HubSpot Marketing Hub, guaranteeing accurate marketing-source tracking across all acquisition channels, including paid media, organic search, email marketing, events, and product-led growth (PLG).
  • Implement and maintain a robust UTM taxonomy, enforce source tracking standards, and ensure correct conversion event tagging across all marketing touchpoints and channels.
  • Conduct regular, in-depth data quality audits specifically focused on marketing attribution and campaign performance data to identify and rectify discrepancies.
  • Build, maintain, and continuously improve marketing performance dashboards that provide clear visibility into key metrics such as website traffic, lead generation volume, MQL/PQL creation rates, and marketing-sourced pipeline contribution.
  • *Lead Management & Funnel Operations:**
  • Operationalize the automation of lifecycle stages for marketing-qualified leads (MQL) and product-qualified leads (PQL), ensuring strict alignment with the company's overarching revenue framework and sales processes.
  • Manage sophisticated list segmentation and audience building for all marketing programs, leveraging criteria such as Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) filters, behavioral triggers, and engagement scoring to ensure precise targeting.
  • Configure and maintain dynamic routing rules for marketing-generated leads, guaranteeing accurate and timely assignment to the appropriate sales development representatives (SDRs) or account executives (AEs) based on predefined revenue team logic.
  • Continuously monitor marketing-to-sales conversion metrics, analyze funnel performance, and proactively surface actionable insights to the Marketing and RevOps teams to drive continuous optimization.
  • *Account-Based Marketing (ABM) & Enterprise Marketing Operations:**
  • Operationalize and scale account-based marketing (ABM) programs within HubSpot, including building and managing target account lists, configuring account-level tracking mechanisms, and monitoring engagement signals from target accounts.
  • Provide critical operational support for enterprise marketing initiatives by integrating intent data, configuring account scoring models, and orchestrating personalized nurture campaigns for key accounts.
  • Track the performance of events and webinars from initial registration through to marketing-qualified pipeline creation, including managing post-event follow-up and nurture campaigns.
  • Ensure seamless integration and data flow between marketing automation platforms and other MarTech tools to support a cohesive enterprise marketing strategy.
