- • As a Revenue Operations Specialist at PAR Technology Corporation, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and efficiency of the systems and data that drive the company’s go-to-market strategy, directly supporting revenue growth for a global leader in restaurant technology serving over 100,000 restaurants across 110+ countries.
- • You will maintain and optimize CRM systems, build and deliver actionable reporting and dashboards, and enable sales, customer success, finance, and product teams with reliable insights to improve forecasting, pipeline visibility, and operational performance.
- • You will partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, and Product to align on revenue processes, validate data, and support initiatives such as product rollouts and revenue programs, ensuring seamless coordination across the revenue lifecycle.
- • You will contribute to process improvement by identifying inefficiencies, streamlining workflows, and enhancing system scalability to support PAR’s growth trajectory in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment.
- • You will develop expertise in revenue operations, CRM administration, business intelligence tools (Salesforce, Power BI, Excel), and data-driven decision-making, positioning yourself for advancement within PAR’s expanding Revenue Operations function.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2–4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or a similar analytical or operational role
- • Hands-on experience working with Salesforce
- • Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel, CRM reporting, or business intelligence tools
- • Experience building or supporting dashboards and reporting in tools such as Salesforce and Power BI
- • Familiarity with revenue operations processes such as pipeline management, forecasting and sales performance reporting
- • High attention to detail with the ability to manage operational processes reliably and maintain data integrity
- • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Customer Success, Finance and other cross-functional teams
- • Ability to manage multiple operational requests and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- • Experience working in SaaS, technology or high-growth environments is a plus
- • Exposure to SQL or other data analysis tools is a plus
