- • Partner closely with Growth, Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to derive actionable, data-driven insights that directly impact business outcomes and revenue growth
- • Analyze performance and ROI of marketing and growth initiatives across digital channels including email, paid media, and SEO to optimize spend and strategy
- • Design, build, and maintain scalable, robust measurement frameworks and dashboards to enable data-informed decision-making across global teams
- • Identify emerging trends and optimization opportunities in marketing and growth activities to sharpen strategic priorities and improve conversion rates
- • Serve as the subject matter expert for marketing KPIs, analytics best practices, and data governance standards across the organization
- • Design and execute controlled experiments (A/B tests, multivariate tests) to measure the causal impact of ad spend, brand campaigns, and product changes
- • Translate ambiguous, high-level business questions into structured, high-impact analytics projects with clear hypotheses and measurable outcomes
- • Communicate complex analytical findings clearly and persuasively to both technical teams and non-technical executives to influence strategy and resource allocation
- • Collaborate with engineering and data infrastructure teams to ensure data pipelines and models support real-time analytics and reporting needs
- • Leverage AI tools and automation to accelerate analysis, improve accuracy, and reduce manual reporting overhead
- • Act as a trusted advisor to cross-functional leaders by providing data-backed recommendations that drive customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value
- • Maintain deep familiarity with digital marketing platforms and attribution models to ensure accurate measurement of campaign effectiveness
- • Mentor junior analysts and data scientists, fostering a culture of analytical rigor and continuous learning within the Growth Analytics team
- • Ensure all analytics work aligns with Airwallex’s operating principles, emphasizing ownership, speed, curiosity, and first-principles thinking
- • Support global expansion initiatives by adapting analytics frameworks to regional markets and regulatory environments
- • Maintain data integrity and consistency across multiple sources, ensuring alignment between marketing platforms, CRM systems, and internal data warehouses
- • Proactively identify gaps in data collection or measurement and propose solutions to improve the quality and scope of analytics
- • Stay current with industry trends in growth marketing analytics, emerging tools, and evolving privacy regulations affecting digital tracking
- • Drive adoption of standardized analytics practices across teams to eliminate silos and improve cross-functional alignment
- • Use SQL, Python, and/or R to extract, transform, and analyze large-scale datasets from internal and third-party sources
- • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to embed analytics into product workflows and user journeys for continuous optimization
- • Present findings and recommendations in executive-level meetings, translating technical results into strategic business implications
- • Ensure all analytical outputs are reproducible, well-documented, and scalable for future use by other teams
- • Contribute to the development of the broader Data Science team’s methodology, tooling, and knowledge-sharing practices
- • Balance speed and rigor in analysis, delivering timely insights without compromising data quality or methodological soundness
- • Work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities shift rapidly and adaptability is essential
- • Contribute to building the future of global financial infrastructure by enabling data-driven growth at scale
🎯 Requirements
- • At least 6 years of industry experience and an advanced degree (PhD or MS) in a quantitative field (e.g. Statistics, Engineering, Sciences, Computer Science, Economics)
- • 2+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics or a similar role
- • Proven experience presenting actionable, data-driven recommendations to executives and cross-functional teams
- • Strong technical proficiency with SQL, Python, and/or R
- • Experience with digital marketing channels such as email, paid media, and SEO
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in high-growth, cross-functional environments
