• • As a Marketing Operations Program Manager at Stripe, you will own and drive critical operational programs that power the company's global marketing engine, ensuring campaigns are executed with precision and prospect data is accurate and actionable.
• • You will serve as a process owner for key marketing operations workstreams, leading end-to-end program delivery, managing cross-functional coordination, and driving improvements in workflows, data quality, and marketing technology adoption.
• • The Marketing Operations team partners with Growth, Demand Generation, Regional Marketing, Lifecycle, Sales Development, and Marketing Technology teams to scale marketing efficiency and support Stripe’s mission to increase the GDP of the internet.
• • In this role, you will develop expertise in AI-powered marketing automation, prospect data management, marketing automation platforms (Marketo/Braze), CRM systems, and global program execution while contributing to scalable, repeatable processes that enhance marketing and sales alignment.
