Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Orchestrate end-to-end project timelines for every new product introduction (NPI) and line refresh across TerrAscend’s multi-state portfolio, ensuring that each item moves from concept to shelf on schedule and in full compliance with state-specific regulations.
- • Build, own, and continuously refine centralized trackers in Click-Up (or equivalent) that surface real-time status, ownership, and risk for every workstream—Marketing, Sales, Operations, R&D, and Compliance—so nothing slips through the cracks.
- • Run weekly cross-functional stand-ups, distill complex issues into concise action items, and drive rapid resolution of bottlenecks, whether they involve packaging approvals, lab testing delays, or last-minute regulatory changes.
- • Translate high-level portfolio strategy into detailed project briefs, Gantt charts, and executive dashboards that give leadership the clarity they need to green-light launches or pivot quickly.
- • Serve as the single source of truth for SKU-level data—managing naming conventions, tiering criteria, and lifecycle milestones—so demand planning, inventory, and merchandising teams all work from identical assumptions.
- • Standardize and document every workflow from ideation through post-launch review, creating living SOPs that reduce ramp-up time for future product cycles and safeguard institutional knowledge.
- • Track KPIs such as on-time launch percentage, forecast accuracy, and sell-through velocity; package insights into monthly performance reports that inform both tactical fixes and long-term portfolio strategy.
- • Coordinate packaging artwork routing, regulatory proofing, and final approval packets, ensuring that every label, insert, and POS element is compliant, brand-accurate, and print-ready before production.
- • Partner with the Director of Market Operations to prepare quarterly portfolio review decks, scenario analyses, and risk assessments that guide multi-million-dollar investment decisions.
- • Act as the connective tissue between state-level teams and headquarters, reconciling local market nuances with national brand standards so each region feels supported while the overall portfolio stays cohesive.
- • Champion a culture of accountability by establishing clear RACI charts, milestone gates, and post-mortems that celebrate wins and convert misses into process improvements.
- • Maintain an always-current library of compliance checklists, state-by-state launch calendars, and regulatory change logs so teams can self-serve critical information without delay.
- • Anticipate supply-chain constraints, lab-testing backlogs, and seasonal demand spikes, building buffer strategies and contingency plans that keep launches on track even when external conditions shift.
- • Facilitate seamless hand-offs between R&D formulation, QA validation, and commercialization teams, ensuring that product specs, COAs, and marketing claims are aligned before SKUs reach the pricing committee.
- • Translate technical product attributes into consumer-friendly language for sales training decks and budtender toolkits, accelerating speed-to-shelf and first-month velocity.
- • Own the post-launch 30-60-90 day review cycle, capturing lessons learned and feeding them into the next innovation sprint so TerrAscend continuously raises the bar on quality, compliance, and commercial success.
