📋 Description
- • Senior AI Workflow Engineers at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee design, build, and operationalize AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and outcomes for 3.4 million members and communities served, accelerating responsible AI transformation across the enterprise.
- • Day to day, the role involves partnering with security and legal teams to ensure AI solutions comply with HIPAA and internal data policies, conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis to translate business challenges into workflow designs, architecting and deploying AI-enabled workflows integrating internal systems, APIs, and third-party platforms, incorporating LLM agents and retrieval pipelines, presenting solutions to stakeholders, leading training sessions, acting as an AI adoption evangelist, establishing telemetry for performance and cost, and troubleshooting to improve workflow efficiency.
- • The team collaborates across divisions including Legal, Commercial, Government Relations, Commercial Finance, BlueCare, Strategic Communications, and Provider Network Management, supporting business leaders in a regulated healthcare environment focused on responsible AI innovation.
- • In this role, the person can learn to apply AI in enterprise healthcare settings, deepen expertise in generative AI and LLMs, lead cross-functional AI adoption initiatives, and contribute to organizational AI playbooks and operational standards while working in a fast-moving, collaborative, remote-first environment.
