- • As an Applied AI Engineer at DoiT International, you will be a one-person product team embedded directly into a core business function, driving measurable process improvements through AI-powered automation—this role is not IT support but a strategic builder focused on shipping fast, impactful solutions.
- • Day to day, you will research business friction points, design end-to-end AI-driven workflows, code production-quality applications using AI agents like Claude Code and Gemini CLI, deploy via CI/CD pipelines, and continuously improve systems using LLM APIs, MCP, and agentic architectures—all while collaborating across teams to translate real-world needs into technical solutions.
- • You will join DoiT’s global business systems team, a remote-first organization specializing in cloud intelligence, Kubernetes, GenAI, and CloudOps, serving as an award-winning strategic partner of AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure, with decades of multicloud expertise and a mission to help customers operate in a well-architected, scalable state.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in AI-native engineering, master cutting-edge agentic systems and MCP protocols, ship production AI applications independently, and become a trusted advisor who bridges business empathy with technical excellence—accelerating your impact as a full-stack builder in the AI era.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5 years of professional software engineering experience building and deploying production applications
- • 1+ year of hands-on experience building multimodal LLM-powered applications in production (AI agents, agentic workflows, or LLM-integrated tools—not just prompt experimentation)
- • Fluency in AI coding agents (Claude Code, Gemini CLI, Codex) as a daily extension of your workflow, with proven ability to critically evaluate and ship code through AI-driven engineering
- • Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, Google Gemini), prompt engineering, RAG, MCP (Model Context Protocol), and agentic architectures
- • Strong software fundamentals in TypeScript/JavaScript, Next.js, Python, Firestore/Firebase, Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, IAM), Git/GitHub, API design, containerization (Docker), CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Cloud Build), and observability
