  • • Own the day-to-day engine that powers Clear Capital’s demand generation machine. As our Marketing Operations Specialist, you will be the behind-the-scenes hero who ensures every email, landing page, chatbot, and workflow launches flawlessly, reaches the right audience, and is tracked with precision. Your fingerprints will be on every campaign that moves prospects through the funnel and ultimately helps real-estate professionals make faster, smarter decisions.
  • • Execute and QA all marketing assets in HubSpot: build and deploy email campaigns, basic landing pages, web forms, and chatbots; test every link, token, and tracking parameter so nothing goes live with errors.
  • • Manage list hygiene like a data detective—import and export lead lists, audit records for duplicates or inconsistencies, standardize fields, and keep opt-in status current to protect both deliverability and compliance.
  • • Monitor the health of our MAP-to-CRM integration (HubSpot ↔ Salesforce). Spot sync errors early, troubleshoot basic issues, and escalate complex problems before they impact sales follow-up.
  • • Build and refresh performance dashboards that give stakeholders real-time visibility into open rates, CTRs, form fills, and pipeline influence. Turn raw numbers into clean, story-driven reports for monthly and quarterly business reviews.
  • • Document every process you touch—campaign checklists, data-cleaning SOPs, QA templates—so knowledge is never siloed and onboarding the next team member is friction-free.
  • • Partner with content, design, and demand-gen teammates to translate creative briefs into executable campaigns that meet SLAs and brand standards.
  • • Champion continuous improvement: research new HubSpot features, beta-test workflow enhancements, and pitch micro-optimizations that shave minutes off recurring tasks or add percentage points to conversion rates.
  • • Participate actively in training sessions and industry webinars to stay ahead of B2B MarTech trends, then share bite-size takeaways that level-up the entire marketing org.
  • • Contribute to a culture that sweats the details, lifts others up, and raises the bar—because when our campaigns run like clockwork, real-estate communities thrive.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2–4 years of professional experience in a marketing support, administrative, or operations-focused role, preferably in B2B or financial services
  • • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with a marketing automation platform such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot; HubSpot certifications are a plus
  • • Minimum 1 year of day-to-day Salesforce CRM experience
  • • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
