📋 Description

• Marketing Operations Virtual Assistant role supporting day-to-day marketing admin, onboarding set-ups, and light creative production for a design/creative company serving global clients remotely.
• Daily tasks include setting up Google Workspace accounts, maintaining marketing workflows, supporting campaign administration, creating simple marketing assets using templates, organizing files, assisting with vendor coordination, and documenting SOPs.

🎯 Requirements

• Prior remote work experience with fluency in Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Asana or similar tools
• Experience in a VA, marketing coordinator, or marketing operations/admin support role
• Strong Google Workspace skills including Drive permissions, Docs/Sheets, and Calendar management
• Working knowledge of basic graphic design and marketing asset preparation
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
