- • Own end-to-end marketing operations for HubSpot, including workflow design, lead scoring, contact management, segmentation, and reporting to ensure data accuracy and clean attribution.
- • Drive conversion rate optimization across key marketing surfaces — website, landing pages, email, and paid channels — by running structured A/B and multivariate tests, identifying funnel drop-offs, and implementing data-backed improvements.
- • Support product go-to-market motion by developing messaging frameworks, positioning documents, sales enablement assets, and competitive intelligence for new product launches and product evolution.
- • Build and manage customer marketing programs including onboarding sequences, expansion campaigns, and retention workflows, partnering with Customer Success to create a customer reference pipeline and advocate program.

- • Leverage AI tools to automate repetitive tasks, enhance workflow efficiency, and accelerate content and campaign production without sacrificing quality or strategy.
- • Maintain alignment between marketing, sales, Rev Ops, and Product teams by ensuring systems, data, and processes are integrated and synchronized across functions.
- • Translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling, and buyer-focused messaging for use in marketing collateral, sales tools, and customer communications.
- • Pull, interpret, and present funnel metrics and performance dashboards to the broader team, using data to inform strategy and demonstrate marketing impact.
- • Proactively identify operational gaps, build systems to close them, and create scalable processes that reduce friction and increase team velocity.
- • Write high-quality copy across multiple formats — including customer emails, internal briefs, product one-pagers, and campaign assets — without requiring copywriting support.
- • Collaborate seamlessly with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Rev Ops teams, managing expectations, communicating proactively, and fostering strong cross-functional partnerships.
- • Continuously refine and update core marketing assets to reflect product changes, market feedback, and evolving buyer journeys.
- • Monitor and optimize the marketing tech stack’s integration points, ensuring seamless data flow between HubSpot and other tools in the GTM ecosystem.
- • Implement and maintain list hygiene practices to ensure accurate targeting and reduce spam complaints or deliverability issues.
- • Use project management tools to track marketing initiatives, flag blockers, and ensure deadlines are met across multiple concurrent campaigns and launches.
- • Experience the Tapcart platform firsthand through a recurring merchant shopping stipend to better understand customer needs and product value.
