- • The Marketing Program Manager plays a key role in driving operational excellence across the marketing organization by overseeing project management, campaign coordination, website maintenance, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the marketing team runs efficiently and effectively.
- • Day to day, the person will manage marketing projects and workflows in Asana, attend product and marketing meetings to capture action items, maintain and improve Asana templates and reporting dashboards, train team members on collaboration tools, coordinate tool access and integrations, lead onboarding for new marketing team members with HR and IT, schedule and facilitate onboarding sessions, maintain onboarding materials, support campaign planning and execution by tracking deliverables and identifying risks, assist with website updates including page builds, content uploads, and data validation, implement SEO best practices, partner with web and analytics teams for data accuracy, act as backup for the Marketing Program Director, support internal communications and reporting, and manage ad hoc marketing projects and special initiatives.
- • The team operates within Safeguard Global’s marketing organization, collaborating closely with product, HR, IT, and internal team leads to ensure seamless workflows, brand consistency, and efficient execution of marketing initiatives in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
- • The person can learn and achieve mastery in marketing operations, project management at scale, cross-functional leadership, marketing technology stack administration (including Asana, CRM, CMS, and analytics tools), onboarding and enablement best practices, campaign lifecycle management, and website maintenance and SEO fundamentals — all while contributing to the efficiency and impact of a global marketing team.
🎯 Requirements
- • Highly organized and detail-oriented with proven ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
- • Experience managing marketing projects and workflows in Asana, including maintaining templates, tracking deliverables, and improving process documentation
- • Experience coordinating marketing tool access, settings, and integrations (e.g., CRM, CMS, analytics tools)
- • Experience leading onboarding for new team members, including scheduling sessions, maintaining materials, and serving as a primary point of contact
- • Experience supporting campaign planning and execution, including tracking deliverables, identifying risks, and ensuring alignment across creative, content, and channel teams
- • Experience supporting website updates, including page builds, content uploads, data validation, and SEO optimization best practices
