📋 Description
- • Own the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns and product launches, from kickoff through execution and post-launch review, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
- • Create, maintain, and update detailed launch calendars, project timelines, and workflow schedules using Asana as the central platform for task management and dependency tracking.
- • Serve as the primary operational hub for cross-functional marketing teams, including creative, performance, and operations, ensuring clear handoffs and synchronized delivery.
- • Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve project blockers before they impact timelines or deliverables, maintaining consistent momentum across all marketing initiatives.
- • Maintain end-to-end visibility of all ongoing marketing projects by updating dashboards, status reports, and KPI trackers to provide leadership with real-time insights on progress and performance.
- • Drive asynchronous communication practices across global teams, ensuring clarity and accountability in a remote, time-zone-diverse environment aligned with U.S. business hours (9 AM - 5 PM EST).
- • Collaborate directly with brand leadership and external stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into executable project plans with defined milestones and ownership.
- • Structure and optimize operational workflows to reduce redundancy, improve efficiency, and scale campaign execution as the brand grows.
- • Ensure all campaign deliverables meet quality standards, deadlines, and brand guidelines by conducting regular check-ins and quality assurance reviews.
- • Build and maintain reporting systems that measure campaign success through KPIs, providing actionable data to inform future planning and budget allocation.
- • Coordinate with internal and external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing activities including content production, paid media, email campaigns, and product launches.
- • Anticipate resource needs and capacity constraints across teams to prevent bottlenecks and ensure equitable workload distribution.
- • Document and refine project management processes, creating reusable templates, playbooks, and standards that institutionalize best practices across the marketing function.
- • Lead weekly project syncs and status update meetings with clarity and structure, ensuring all participants are aligned on priorities, updates, and next steps.
- • Maintain a high standard of written communication in all project documentation, Slack messages, and email correspondence, tailored to an async-first, remote-first work environment.
- • Foster a culture of accountability by clearly defining roles, responsibilities, and deadlines for every team member involved in campaign execution.
- • Track and report on campaign ROI and performance metrics, translating operational outcomes into strategic insights for leadership decision-making.
- • Continuously seek opportunities to improve team coordination, reduce operational noise, and increase the speed and quality of campaign delivery.
