- • Own the end-to-end delivery of high-impact product-marketing initiatives that introduce Hostinger’s hosting, website builder, and cloud solutions to 3 million+ users across 150 countries. You will translate ambitious growth targets into concrete project plans, timelines, and deliverables that move the revenue needle.
- • Partner daily with Heads of Product Marketing to scope, sequence, and resource omnichannel campaigns—from feature launches and seasonal promos to competitive displacement plays—ensuring every brief, asset, and metric ladder up to OKRs.
- • Orchestrate cross-functional squads of designers, copywriters, performance marketers, product managers, data analysts, and localization specialists. Run agile ceremonies, manage RACI charts, and keep 10+ concurrent work-streams aligned without losing momentum or quality.
- • Build and maintain a living 90-day marketing calendar that balances global rollouts with hyper-local experiments. Continuously re-prioritize based on customer feedback, funnel data, and shifting market dynamics while safeguarding budgets and brand consistency.
- • Translate customer insights, JTBD interviews, and competitive intel into crisp value propositions, messaging hierarchies, and creative briefs. Ensure every landing page, email, ad, and in-product tooltip speaks the customer’s language and drives measurable conversion.
- • Design and execute go-to-market playbooks for new product tiers, pricing changes, and strategic bundles. Own the launch checklist: beta invites, early-access comms, release notes, PR FAQs, sales enablement decks, and post-launch retros.
- • Drive rigorous A/B and multivariate testing across channels—paid social, SEM, SEO, email, in-app, and affiliate—then socialize learnings that refine future campaigns. Build dashboards in Looker or Tableau to track CAC, LTV, ARPU, and churn impact in real time.
- • Plan, budget, and deliver both digital and in-person events that deepen community engagement: webinars with 5,000+ registrants, city meetups, hackathons, and flagship conference booths. Negotiate with vendors, manage swag, and ensure flawless on-site execution.
- • Monitor industry trends, emerging martech, and competitor moves. Produce quarterly briefs that inform roadmap decisions and keep Hostinger positioned as the most innovative, customer-centric hosting brand on the planet.
- • Champion a culture of operational excellence—standardize templates, automate status reporting, and institutionalize retrospectives—so every campaign ships faster, smarter, and with higher ROI than the last.
