• • As a Marketing QA Specialist at OneApp Technologies Inc., you will ensure the quality and effectiveness of customer communications across email, push, in-app, and SMS channels, directly supporting the company’s mission to deliver seamless financial experiences to millions of users.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include grooming technical communication requirements, developing and testing customer journeys, owning end-to-end campaign execution, implementing QA automation, troubleshooting production issues, and verifying compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
