Marketing Retention Lead

📋 Description

• • As a Marketing Retention Lead at 1st Formations Limited, you will own client engagement, lifecycle marketing, and retention strategy for the Accounting-as-a-Service division, playing a critical role in reducing churn and increasing customer lifetime value across a high-volume base of small business clients.
• • Day to day, you will design and execute targeted email campaigns using CRM and behavioural data, build automated lifecycle journeys (onboarding, activation, reactivation), segment audiences for personalized communication, analyse campaign performance, and collaborate with Customer Success and Operations teams to identify and intervene with at-risk clients.
• • 1st Formations is a leading UK provider of company formation and compliance services, operating a modern, integrated technology platform that supports founders from formation through ongoing business support, with £18m annual revenue, over 1 million companies formed, and B Corp certification, poised for 5x–10x growth.
• • In this role, you will develop expertise in data-driven retention marketing, gain experience scaling lifecycle strategies in a SaaS-like environment, and have the opportunity to influence both customer experience and product development while progressing with the company’s rapid expansion.
