- • As a Marketing Specialist at Compound Eye, you will own and grow the company's marketing presence, reporting directly to the CEO in a hands-on, autonomous role that drives brand strategy and market impact for a cutting-edge 3D perception technology company serving automotive, agriculture, healthcare, and defense sectors.
- • You will partner with leadership to develop and maintain brand strategy, lead a full website redesign, create sales enablement materials like pitch decks and product collateral, write compelling copy for technical and general audiences, produce concept videos, manage social media (focused on LinkedIn and defense channels), plan conference participation, and manage external agency relationships.
- • Compound Eye is a US-based team of 25 with a mission to teach machines to see using passive sensors like cameras and IMUs, backed by tier-one investors including Khosla Ventures and RTX Ventures, with a culture rooted in transparency, mutual respect, and valuing great ideas from anywhere.
- • You will gain end-to-end ownership of marketing initiatives in a high-impact, builder-minded environment, develop expertise in defense industry marketing, sharpen cross-functional collaboration skills in AI-assisted content creation and marketing analytics, and grow your ability to translate technical innovation into compelling market narratives.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3-5+ years of B2B marketing experience across multiple disciplines, ideally in a tech startup or small team environment
- • Proficiency with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics or HubSpot to track performance and report on results
- • Strong writing skills with the ability to adjust tone for technical and general audiences
- • Able to manage and follow through on multiple projects with competing deadlines using asynchronous tools
- • Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate content creation
- • Remote-first within the United States, with expectation to work core Pacific Time Zone business hours
