- • As a Marketing Specialist for NFL Universe Football at Voldex Services Inc., you will play a pivotal role in driving visibility, engagement, and growth for one of Roblox’s top sports experiences, directly impacting how millions of players discover and interact with the game through creative, data-informed experimentation.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include ideating and testing thumbnails, icons, and Roblox page visuals in collaboration with artists; creating and publishing social content across platforms like Twitter/X, Discord, Instagram, and TikTok; capturing gameplay footage; analyzing performance dashboards; and executing rapid growth experiments with creators and community initiatives.
- • Voldex is a leading remote-first gaming company powering some of Roblox’s most popular titles, including Brookhaven, Driving Empire, and NFL Universe Football, with over 160 million monthly active players and backing from top-tier investors like Andreessen Horowitz and The Raine Group.
- • In this role, you will develop hands-on expertise in platform-native marketing, live-ops experimentation, and community-driven growth—gaining direct experience in turning creative ideas into measurable player engagement on one of the world’s largest gaming platforms.
🎯 Requirements
- • Strong familiarity with Roblox as a player, creator, or active community member
- • Experience creating or managing content for social platforms (personal or professional)
- • Proven ability to take ideas from concept → execution → publish
- • Comfortable working with basic analytics (dashboards, Google Sheets) and explaining performance in practical terms
- • Strong time management and ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment
- • Collaborative, proactive, and open to feedback and iteration
