- • The Marketing Strategist - Corporate Banking leads the development and execution of marketing strategy to drive brand growth, customer engagement, and business development outcomes for AgLoan’s Corporate Banking division.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing marketing plans and budgets, managing strategic partnerships, translating market opportunities into campaigns, providing market intelligence for business development, overseeing external relationships, and ensuring marketing alignment with organizational goals and regulatory compliance.
- • The role serves as a key liaison between Corporate Banking, Agribusiness, Capital Markets, Brand, Events, and Salesforce teams to ensure integrated go-to-market execution.
- • The position offers the opportunity to influence high-impact marketing initiatives in a mission-driven organization supporting agriculture and rural communities, while developing expertise in financial services marketing, stakeholder collaboration, and data-driven strategy execution.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- • 7+ years of progressive experience in marketing strategy, brand management, or business development
- • Demonstrated experience leading integrated marketing planning and budget management
- • Strong understanding of business development processes and CRM platforms (Salesforce experience preferred)
- • Experience managing external partnerships, alliances, and sponsorships
- • Proven ability to analyze marketplace data and translate insights into actionable strategies
