- • The Marketing Systems & Creative Support VA role is essential for maintaining organized marketing operations and creative workflows, ensuring seamless support for global marketing efforts in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing marketing ops intake and task assignments, setting up and maintaining Google Workspace accounts and permissions, organizing campaign assets, creating simple graphics using Canva and templates, coordinating handoffs between marketing, design, and operations teams, tracking deadlines and publish schedules, monitoring basic performance metrics, and improving internal systems through documentation and process refinements.

🎯 Requirements
- • Prior remote work experience with fluency in remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana or similar), ideally supporting US or UK-based companies
- • Experience supporting marketing operations, admin, or coordination in a remote role
- • Strong Google Workspace knowledge, especially account setup and Drive permissions
- • Practical design capability with Canva required; Adobe or Figma experience helpful
- • Organized, process-driven mindset with ability to manage multiple moving parts
