- • As a Marketplace Associate at Maneuver Marketing LLC, you will play a pivotal role in scaling the company’s direct-to-consumer health and wellness brands on Amazon and Walmart — two of the most critical growth channels driving the business toward its next phase of expansion. Your work will directly impact revenue, profitability, and customer experience by ensuring marketplace channels are not only commercially strong but operationally excellent, helping the company maintain its trajectory as a high-growth APAC leader recognized by the Financial Times and E50 Awards.
- • You will own the end-to-end execution of marketplace advertising, promotional campaigns, conversion rate optimization, and operational coordination, blending analytical rigor with hands-on platform management to drive efficient, sustainable growth. This role offers meaningful ownership in a fast-moving, high-performance environment where your contributions will be visible, measurable, and directly tied to the success of brands serving over 3 million customers globally.
- • Day to day, you will build, manage, and optimize Amazon Advertising (PPC & Paid Media) and Walmart Advertising campaigns to improve ROAS and increase sales, leveraging platform tools and automation software for bidding, budget pacing, and campaign execution while conducting keyword research and competitor analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
- • You will plan and execute key promotional events such as BFCM and seasonal campaigns from concept to go-live, designing mechanics that balance profitability with discount structures and aligning messaging across creative, retention/email, and operations teams to ensure cohesive customer touchpoints.
- • You will identify and prioritize CRO opportunities on product detail pages through A+ content, imagery, review strategies, and testing, developing hypotheses to improve traffic-to-conversion rates and delivering regular performance reports that translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
- • You will maintain listing accuracy, monitor catalog health and product availability, collaborate with Marketplace Ops to flag risks like stockouts or shipment delays, and share sales forecasts and promotional demand expectations with supply chain partners to ensure operational readiness.
- • You will work closely with a high-caliber, cross-functional team of creatives, retention specialists, and operations experts in a culture driven by innovation, accountability, and a mission to improve consumer health through high-quality supplement products.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in marketplace advertising, ecommerce analytics, and promotional strategy while gaining exposure to end-to-end DTC brand operations — positioning you to grow into a senior marketplace or ecommerce leadership role as the company continues to scale.
🎯 Requirements
- • At least 3 years of experience managing marketplace growth, ecommerce performance, or digital commerce operations with strong hands-on experience in Amazon Advertising
- • Experience working with Amazon Seller Central and familiarity with Walmart Marketplace advertising mechanics
- • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and turn insights into actionable steps
- • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment
- • Comfortable working cross-functionally within growth, creative, and operations teams
