- • Design and implement integrated MarTech solutions centered on Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and marketing automation tools for enterprise clients across retail, CPG, sports, and media industries.
- • Serve as the primary technical consultant for clients, translating business objectives into scalable, data-driven technical architectures that enable personalized cross-channel customer experiences.
- • Lead end-to-end integration of marketing technologies including email, paid social, push notifications, and SMS platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and activation across systems.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including strategy, creative, and data analysts to align technical implementations with campaign goals and customer journey mapping.
- • Evaluate, recommend, and configure MarTech stack components such as segmentation engines, identity resolution tools, and attribution platforms based on client needs and industry best practices.
- • Document technical specifications, data mappings, API integrations, and workflow automations to ensure clarity and continuity across client engagements and internal teams.
- • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to data sync failures, identity stitching errors, and campaign deployment failures in live MarTech environments.
- • Stay current with evolving MarTech and AdTech landscapes, including emerging standards in privacy-compliant data collection, consent management, and cross-platform tracking.
- • Provide technical guidance during client onboarding, implementation phases, and post-launch optimization cycles to ensure platform performance and ROI targets are met.
- • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by explaining technical trade-offs, system limitations, and scalability options in clear, non-technical terms to non-engineering stakeholders.
- • Participate in client discovery sessions to assess existing tech stacks, identify gaps, and propose strategic upgrades that enhance personalization, automation, and measurement capabilities.
- • Work closely with engineering and product teams to prioritize feature requests, bug fixes, and platform enhancements based on client feedback and market trends.
- • Maintain compliance with data governance policies and ensure all implementations adhere to regional privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and emerging Latin American data laws.
- • Support sales and business development by contributing technical expertise during RFP responses, client demos, and proof-of-concept demonstrations.
- • Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal knowledge sharing on MarTech architecture patterns, integration frameworks, and tool comparisons.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience designing and implementing Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) such as Segment, Tealium, or Adobe Experience Platform
- • Demonstrated expertise in marketing automation tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Braze, or Iterable
- • Strong understanding of API integrations, data schemas, and ETL processes in marketing technology environments
- • Experience working with cross-channel marketing channels: email, paid social, push, and SMS
- • Ability to work in hours aligned with Eastern Time (ET) or Pacific Time (PT)
- • Located in Canada or Spain
