📋 Description
- • The Martech Specialist will help power Heidi’s operational engine by ensuring GTM systems, data, and campaigns run seamlessly, playing a hands-on role in maintaining and improving the marketing and sales technology stack to keep workflows efficient, reporting accurate, and insights actionable.
- • Day to day, the role involves administering and maintaining Heidi’s marketing technology ecosystem (HubSpot, Segment, ads platforms), ensuring data integrity and lead routing accuracy, configuring and managing automations and workflows, troubleshooting system issues, tracking and analysing funnel and campaign performance, refining lead scoring and segmentation strategies, and collaborating with Marketing, Sales, and GTM teams to document workflows and support training on key systems.

- • In this role, the person will develop deep expertise in marketing operations and revenue technology systems, gain hands-on experience optimizing multi-channel campaigns and funnel performance in a high-impact SaaS environment, and grow their ability to bridge technical execution with strategic GTM initiatives while working alongside doctors, engineers, and creatives at a mission-driven company.
