• • The Matchmaker & Account Manager role at Pearltalent is critical to scaling a high-touch, fast-growing matchmaking and relationship services company serving a niche U.S. market. This position owns the full client lifecycle—from onboarding to match outcomes and renewals—ensuring personalized, high-quality service at scale while leveraging AI-powered tools to drive efficiency and satisfaction.
• • Day to day, the individual will manage 40–80 client accounts, communicate proactively via messaging platforms with 24-hour response SLAs, conduct AI-assisted research to build curated match lists, prepare clients for onboarding, send regular check-ins and feedback surveys, track client preferences and progress, identify workflow inefficiencies, implement automations using tools like Claude, develop communication templates, manage renewal timelines, recommend service packages, identify upsell opportunities, maintain SOPs, map and optimize the customer journey, and build reporting dashboards to surface insights for product and service improvements.
