📋 Description

• Design advanced mathematical problems to train and evaluate frontier AI models with a focus on deep reasoning capabilities
• Create deterministic problems that have exactly one verifiable correct answer, ensuring no ambiguity or multiple interpretations
• Develop complete, verified solutions for each problem with clear, step-by-step documentation of the reasoning process
• Craft problems that test genuine mathematical understanding rather than pattern recognition or memorization
• Utilize Python and computational libraries (e.g., numpy, scipy, pandas) to build reproducible computational workflows where applicable
• Ensure all problem statements, solutions, and documentation are technically precise, logically rigorous, and written in fluent English
• Contribute to high-quality STEM training datasets used directly in AI training and evaluation pipelines at leading AI laboratories
• Maintain strict adherence to technical accuracy and reproducibility in every submitted problem and solution
• Collaborate remotely with a distributed team to align problem design with evolving AI model evaluation standards
• Deliver work on a part-time basis (20 hours per week) with an immediate start and a project duration of two months, extendable based on performance
• Produce original, challenging problems that reflect real-world mathematical workflows and advanced theoretical concepts
• Ensure all outputs meet the highest standards of clarity, correctness, and pedagogical depth for AI training purposes

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s or PhD in Mathematics or a closely related field
• Strong research or industry experience in mathematical modeling, proof-based reasoning, applied mathematics, or computational mathematics
• Strong Python skills with comfort using libraries such as numpy, scipy, pandas, or similar
• Solid grasp of algorithms, numerical methods, and computational approaches
• Ability to design original, difficult mathematical problems that mirror authentic mathematical workflows
• Excellent attention to detail and technical writing skills in English
