• • As an MDM Solution Architect at Signatureglobal India Private Limited, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our enterprise data landscape by designing, leading, and implementing a robust, enterprise-wide Master Data Management (MDM) platform.
• • This pivotal role demands a unique blend of strategic thought leadership and hands-on technical expertise, empowering you to architect, build, and operationalize trusted master data across critical domains such as Property 360, Client 360, and Reference Data.
• • You will report directly to the MDM Product Owner, fostering close collaboration with MDM Administrators, technical data stewards, integration developers, and various downstream platform teams.
• • Your primary objective will be to ensure that master data is not only accurate and governed but also scalable and readily consumable across the entire enterprise, driving data consistency and reliability.
• • This opportunity is perfectly suited for an individual with profound expertise in the Profisee platform, coupled with strong object-oriented programming skills essential for maintaining the MDM data services and middleware.
• • You will own the architecture and delivery of solutions within modern cloud environments and legacy data ecosystems, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of diverse data architectures.
• • Architecture & Platform Design:
• • Define and champion the overarching MDM data architecture, ensuring it effectively spans multiple master data domains and aligns with business objectives.
• • Design and meticulously document comprehensive MDM data flows, intricate integration patterns, and critical dependencies to ensure seamless data movement and synchronization.
• • Establish and enforce best practices for data modeling, domain design, and platform extensibility, laying a foundation for future growth and adaptability.
• • Develop, maintain, and optimize data syndication mechanisms and data services within Profisee, leveraging your proficiency in SQL, Python, and .Net technologies.
• • Integration & Data Pipelines:
• • Architect and construct sophisticated integration patterns to facilitate the ingestion and syndication of trusted master data between the MDM platform and key enterprise systems.
• • This includes seamless integration with critical platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft SQL Server, Azure Synapse, and the Databricks data lakehouse.
• • Ensure that master data is reliably and efficiently consumed by downstream analytics, operational, and reporting platforms, empowering data-driven decision-making.
• • MDM Configuration & Governance:
• • Define, implement, and refine essential MDM governance components, including sophisticated data quality rules, efficient stewardship workflows, and robust matching and survivorship logic.
• • Develop intuitive stewardship user interfaces designed to streamline data governance processes and support effective operational workflows.
• • Conduct thorough data profiling and analysis to accurately assess data readiness, identify quality issues, and guide remediation efforts.
• • Platform Operations & Delivery:
• • Take ownership of the technical administration of the MDM platform, ensuring its stability, performance, and security.
• • Oversee and manage the various MDM environments, including development, testing, and production, ensuring smooth transitions and deployments.
• • Design, implement, and manage robust CI/CD pipelines for the MDM platform, enabling efficient configuration and deployment of changes.
• • Proactively troubleshoot platform issues, optimize performance through tuning, and drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• • Leadership & Collaboration:
• • Provide strong technical leadership and mentorship to the MDM team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• • Partner effectively with both business and technical stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable, effective MDM solutions.
• • Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding the organization on MDM strategy, implementation best practices, and the ongoing evolution of the platform.
