  • • As a Media Buyer at Modern Ai, you will be at the forefront of our clients' success, responsible for the strategic planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of paid media campaigns across various platforms. Your primary focus will be on driving customer acquisition, maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS), and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) that directly impact our clients' bottom line. This role demands a deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape, a meticulous approach to data analysis, and a proactive mindset to stay ahead of industry trends and algorithm changes.
  • • You will be instrumental in developing and implementing comprehensive paid media strategies tailored to each client's unique business objectives, target audience, and market position. This involves conducting thorough market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to identify the most effective channels and tactics. Your expertise will span across major platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube), TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, and potentially emerging platforms, ensuring a diversified and robust media mix.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve hands-on campaign management. You will be responsible for setting up campaigns, defining targeting parameters, crafting compelling ad copy and creatives (in collaboration with our creative team), and managing budgets effectively. Continuous monitoring of campaign performance is crucial. You will dive deep into campaign data, analyzing metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value (CLV) to identify areas for improvement and capitalize on opportunities.
  • • Optimization is where your strategic thinking and analytical skills truly shine. You will implement A/B testing methodologies for ad creatives, targeting options, landing pages, and bidding strategies to continuously refine campaign performance. Based on data-driven insights, you will make informed adjustments to bids, budgets, targeting, and ad placements to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. This iterative process is key to achieving and exceeding client expectations.
  • • Reporting and communication are vital components of this role. You will be responsible for generating clear, concise, and insightful performance reports for clients on a regular basis. These reports should not only present the data but also provide actionable recommendations and strategic narratives that demonstrate the value and impact of our media efforts. You will also collaborate closely with account managers, strategists, and the creative team to ensure alignment and cohesive execution of client strategies.
  • • Beyond campaign execution, you will contribute to the evolution of our media buying strategies and best practices. This includes staying abreast of the latest industry developments, algorithm updates, new platform features, and emerging advertising technologies. You will share your knowledge and insights with the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation. Your ability to anticipate market shifts and adapt strategies accordingly will be highly valued.

  • • Proven track record of successfully managing and scaling paid media campaigns (Meta, Google Ads essential) with a strong focus on e-commerce and direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands.
