- • As a Media Buyer at Aylo Global Entertainment Inc., you will manage the full campaign lifecycle across adult traffic networks such as TrafficJunky and ExoClick, driving user acquisition and revenue growth through data-informed media buying strategies.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include setting up, launching, and optimizing campaigns in real time, adjusting bids and targeting parameters, conducting creative testing across formats like banners, native ads, popunders, and push notifications, and analyzing performance using Voluum and network dashboards to track KPIs such as CPC, CPM, CTR, CR, CPA, and ROAS.
- • You will work within a dynamic, international team based in Nicosia, Cyprus, with hybrid work flexibility, collaborating closely with affiliate managers, offer owners, and development teams to align traffic acquisition with high-converting offers while exploring new traffic sources and verticals.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in performance marketing, master advanced tracking and attribution tools, sharpen your analytical and optimization skills, and gain hands-on experience in the adult entertainment digital advertising space — contributing directly to scalable user acquisition and campaign profitability.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3-5 years of experience managing paid media campaigns, preferably with exposure to adult traffic networks
- • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and campaign optimization techniques
- • Analytical mindset with experience interpreting performance data and making data-driven decisions
- • Experience with or willingness to learn tracking platforms like Voluum
- • Understanding of creative testing and optimization for digital advertising
- • Budget management skills with a focus on performance metrics
- • Comfort working with adult content
- • Detail-oriented approach to campaign management and testing
