  • • As a Media Buyer (EU) at Maneuver Marketing LLC, you will play a pivotal role in scaling the company’s direct-to-consumer (DTC) health and wellness brands by taking full ownership of performance outcomes on specific media projects, acting as a strategic growth driver who identifies high-leverage opportunities across creative, audience, funnel, offer, and structure while partnering with Growth Strategists to steer spend decisions and lead end-to-end media operations for sustainable scaling.
  • • You will diagnose performance gaps and uncover optimization opportunities by analyzing account structure, testing processes, win rates, targeting, placements, bid strategies, and ad setups, while proactively researching market, product, and competitive landscapes to identify untapped niches, message-market fit issues, and creative format inefficiencies that impact post-click experience across landing pages, mobile vs desktop, and cross-sell/upsell flows.
  • • You will strategically leverage video inventory by pairing high-performing video assets with optimized copy, adjusting post-click destinations (e.g., sales page, listicle, quiz, VSL funnel) to maximize performance, suggesting structural changes to improve AOV, CVR, or backend monetization, and collaborating with Growth Strategists to analyze patterns across video types (VSLs, influencer, partnership, in-house) to inform future creative and funnel strategies.
  • • You will partner with the Growth Strategist and Haus measurement team to determine accurate ROAS thresholds using both in-platform and post-purchase data, triangulate multiple data sources to define true performance benchmarks, push back on misleading signals, and create comprehensive performance tracking using advanced Google Sheets — including compulsory proficiency in VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and formula-driven analysis — translating raw data into actionable insights that drive optimization and better decision-making.
  • • You will build and optimize testing architectures by designing efficient structures for testing (e.g., dedicated VSL campaigns, isolated placements like Reels vs Feed vs Stories), strategically applying cost caps, bid multipliers, and volume bidding, ensuring high video throughput velocity through optimized workflows, batching creative variants, minimizing launch bottlenecks, and organizing tests across video types and formats to analyze post-test performance and identify scalable campaign architectures.
  • • You will execute core media buying responsibilities including campaign management (monitoring, trimming, scaling, adding ads, rotating past performers), briefing and quality-checking executions with virtual assistants (VAs), conducting weekend/holiday monitoring and high-priority optimizations, and collaborating with Creative, Compliance, and Product teams to ensure ads remain policy-compliant while balancing creativity with delivery reliability.
  • • You will demonstrate project ownership by deeply understanding strategic outcomes and constraints, taking accountability for results, proactively contributing beyond assigned tasks (e.g., offloading work from Growth Strategists), learning from other accounts to cross-pollinate insights, and executing with agency, urgency, and uncompromising quality standards.
  • • You will drive incremental Meta spend growth focused on Instagram Feeds/Reels/Stories and Facebook Reels, achieve profitable blended ROAS >1x even when in-platform metrics appear unprofitable (e.g., 0.3x), and support both top-of-funnel reach and bottom-of-funnel buyer retargeting objectives through precise creative types and setup configurations.

🎯 Requirements

  • • At least 4 years of relevant experience working with DTC brands as a media buyer.
  • • Strong analytical mindset with comfort working with data, analyzing key metrics, and understanding fundamental marketing levers that drive performance.
  • • Proven media buying skills including managing ad budgets, experimenting with campaign structures, and understanding manual bid strategies.
  • • Proficiency in advanced Google Sheets capabilities, specifically VLOOKUPs and pivot tables, for performance tracking and analysis.
  • • Demonstrated project management and coordination abilities — ability to identify goals, contribute to planning, execute tasks effectively, adapt to real-time data, and collaborate across departments to keep projects on track and within timelines.
