  • • As a Media Buyer at Maneuver Marketing LLC, you will play a pivotal role in scaling the company’s direct-to-consumer (DTC) health and wellness brands by owning performance outcomes on specific media projects and acting as a strategic growth driver in a fast-evolving, AI- and automation-enabled environment. Your work directly contributes to sustainable revenue growth and market expansion for brands that have already achieved over $100M in annual sales and serve millions of customers globally.
  • • You will take full ownership of media buying operations, from diagnosing underperforming campaigns and identifying high-leverage opportunities across creative, audience, funnel, and offer dimensions, to executing end-to-end campaign management and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure ads remain compliant, effective, and aligned with broader growth strategies.

  • • You will work closely with Growth Strategists, the Haus measurement team, Creative, Compliance, and Product teams, and virtual assistants (VAs) to bridge insights across projects, optimize testing architectures, and drive profitable scaling—developing expertise in advanced media buying strategies, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional leadership in performance marketing.
  • • PROBLEM DIAGNOSIS & OPPORTUNITY IDENTIFICATION
  • • Analyze account structure, test processes, win/loss rates, targeting, placements, bid strategies, and ad setups to identify performance gaps and optimization opportunities
  • • Conduct proactive market, product, and competitive research to uncover untapped niches, message-market fit issues, and emerging creative formats or placement-specific trends
  • • Diagnose post-click experience flaws in landing pages, mobile vs. desktop performance, and cross-sell/upsell funnels to improve conversion efficiency
  • • Recommend structural and strategic adjustments to creative, audience, and funnel elements based on data-driven insights
  • • SMART USE OF VIDEO INVENTORY
  • • Pair video creatives with high-performing copy (new or legacy) to enhance engagement and conversion potential
  • • Optimize post-click destinations (sales page, listicle, quiz, VSL funnel) to maximize performance based on audience behavior and offer type
  • • Suggest and test structural changes to improve AOV, CVR, and backend monetization, including offer stacking and funnel sequencing
  • • Collaborate with Growth Strategists to analyze performance across video types (VSLs, influencer, partnership, in-house) and inform future creative and funnel strategies
  • • DATA, REPORTING & COLLABORATION
  • • Partner with Growth Strategists and the Haus measurement team to establish realistic ROAS thresholds using blended in-platform and post-purchase data
  • • Triangulate data from multiple sources (ad platforms, analytics, CRM) to define true performance and challenge misleading surface-level metrics
  • • Build and maintain comprehensive performance dashboards in Google Sheets using advanced functions like VLOOKUPs, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS, and pivot tables—proficiency in these is required
  • • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that guide optimization decisions and align cross-functional teams
  • • OPTIMIZE TESTING ARCHITECTURE
  • • Design and implement efficient testing frameworks, including isolated VSL campaigns, placement-specific tests (Reels vs. Feed vs. Stories), and strategic use of cost caps, bid multipliers, and volume bidding
  • • Accelerate video testing velocity by optimizing creative batching, workflow automation, and launch processes to reduce bottlenecks
  • • Organize and categorize tests by video type and creative format to enable comparative analysis and pattern recognition
  • • Evaluate post-test performance across architectures to identify scalable, high-performing structures for broader rollout
  • • PERFORM MEDIA BUYING RESPONSIBILITIES
  • • Manage day-to-day campaign operations: monitor performance, trim underperforming ads, scale winners, rotate past performers, and launch new creatives
  • • Brief, coordinate, and quality-check ad executions with virtual assistants (VAs) to ensure timely and accurate delivery
  • • Conduct weekend and holiday monitoring to maintain performance stability and execute high-priority optimizations in real time
  • • Partner with Creative, Compliance, and Product teams to ensure all ads comply with platform policies while maintaining creative effectiveness and brand safety
  • • PROJECT OWNERSHIP
  • • Take full accountability for strategic project outcomes, understanding constraints and driving results through initiative and ownership
  • • Proactively identify and relieve bottlenecks for Growth Strategists and teammates by taking on adjacent tasks to enable focus on high-value activities
  • • Synthesize insights across accounts and campaigns to identify cross-project patterns and opportunities for systemic improvement
  • • Execute with urgency, agency, and rigor—balancing speed with quality to deliver consistent, scalable results
  • • HOW YOU’LL SUCCEED
  • • Grow incremental Meta ad spend profitably, with a strategic focus on Instagram Feeds, Reels, Stories, and Facebook Reels
  • • Drive blended ROAS above 1x, even when in-platform reporting suggests lower returns (e.g., 0.3x), by leveraging post-purchase data and attribution modeling
  • • Support both top-of-funnel (TOF) reach and bottom-of-funnel (BOF) buyer retargeting objectives through appropriate creative types, audience segmentation, and funnel alignment

🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience as a media buyer working directly with DTC brands, preferably in health, wellness, or consumer goods sectors
  • • Proven ability to manage and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns at scale, including budget allocation, bidding strategies, and creative testing
  • • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, INDEX/MATCH, and complex formula combinations for performance tracking and analysis
  • • Strong analytical mindset with comfort interpreting key marketing metrics (ROAS, CVR, AOV, CTR, CPM) and translating data into optimization actions
  • • Demonstrated project management and coordination skills, including goal setting, task prioritization, cross-functional collaboration, and adaptive execution based on real-time feedback
