- • Analyze the performance of creative assets across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms to identify high-performing patterns in hooks, visuals, copy, and CTAs.
- • Evaluate creative components against key performance indicators (KPIs) including CTR, CPA, and ROAS to determine what drives conversion and engagement.
- • Build and maintain dedicated dashboards and reports focused exclusively on creative efficacy, using tools such as Excel, SQL, Google Data Studio, and Tableau.
- • Serve as the primary liaison between Media/Data teams and Creative/Production teams to translate performance insights into actionable creative briefs and strategic recommendations.
- • Collaborate directly with the Creative/Pencil Lead to integrate AI-driven insights into the creative production workflow and optimize asset development.
- • Design and manage a structured creative testing roadmap including A/B and multivariate testing protocols to systematically improve ad performance.
- • Oversee the metadata tagging process for all creative assets to ensure accurate, granular data collection and traceability across campaigns.
- • Provide data-backed recommendations for creative iterations, ensuring production teams understand which elements drive performance gains.
- • Educate creative team members on how their work impacts media KPIs and the broader bottom line, aligning storytelling with performance goals.
- • Participate in regular cross-functional syncs to align creative output with media buying strategies, audience targeting, and campaign objectives.
- • Monitor and adapt to evolving platform algorithms, advertising trends, and emerging creative best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- • Ensure all creative strategies remain cutting-edge by staying informed about industry updates, new platform features, and innovative ad formats.
- • Translate complex performance data into clear, visual, and actionable insights that guide creative decision-making without relying solely on technical jargon.
- • Maintain consistency in reporting standards and ensure all creative performance data is accurately captured, categorized, and accessible to stakeholders.
- • Support the continuous improvement of internal processes for creative asset tracking, analysis, and feedback loops between media and production teams.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3-5 years of experience in media analysis, digital marketing, or a performance-driven creative role
- • Advanced English proficiency
- • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Google Data Studio, Tableau) and platform native analytics
- • Deep understanding of Paid Social and Programmatic ads platforms
- • Strong grasp of storytelling, visual design principles, and what resonates with audiences on social media
- • Experience with AI-driven creative tools (e.g., Pencil) and creative management platforms is highly desirable
