You will be instrumental in shaping the future of media buying and optimization, working with both Linear and Streaming TV platforms.
- • As a Media Data Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to support and enhance the performance and strategic direction of our TV advertising campaigns. This involves a deep dive into large, intricate datasets related to media performance and viewership. You will be tasked with transforming this raw data into actionable insights that directly inform our planning, buying, and optimization strategies. Your analytical prowess will be key in identifying trends, understanding audience behavior, and pinpointing opportunities for campaign improvement across diverse media environments.
- • A significant part of your role will involve the hands-on creation and maintenance of critical analytical tools. This includes building and sustaining sophisticated dashboards that provide real-time visibility into campaign performance, developing robust forecasting models to predict future outcomes, and establishing comprehensive reporting tools that are utilized across various departments within the organization. These tools will serve as the backbone for data-driven decision-making, enabling our teams to operate with greater precision and foresight.
- • You will play a crucial role in the ongoing development and evaluation of our cutting-edge, AI-powered media optimization platform. This involves rigorous testing, meticulous validation of algorithms and outputs, and providing constructive feedback to the product and engineering teams. - • This position requires you to own and manage daily, weekly, and monthly media forecasting and planning workflows. Accuracy and reliability are paramount. You will be responsible for ensuring that our forecasts are precise and that our planning processes are efficient and effective, providing a solid foundation for media investment decisions.
- • Beyond maintaining existing systems, you will be empowered to innovate. This includes creating and enhancing models, metrics, and analytical tools that not only drive the business forward but also challenge the conventional wisdom and status quo in media analytics. Your experience should demonstrate a proven ability to work with large, complex datasets and translate them into accurate, decision-driving analyses.

🎯 Requirements
- • Hands-on experience with media measurement, performance analytics, or forecasting, with a strong preference for experience in Linear TV, CTV, or Streaming media.
- • Proven experience working with large, complex datasets to produce accurate, decision-driving analysis and actionable insights.
- • Strong working knowledge of statistical methods, advanced modeling techniques (e.g., regression, time series analysis), and data visualization principles and tools.
- • Demonstrated experience building dashboards, reports, or analytical tools that have been successfully utilized by cross-functional partners.
- • Comfort and adaptability in technical, analytical environments, with a willingness to learn and adopt new tools, including AI-enabled platforms.
