- • The Media Production Specialist at Ansira Partners, LLC is responsible for creating high-quality video and audio content to support client campaigns and internal communications, ensuring brand consistency and engaging storytelling across multiple platforms.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include planning, shooting, and editing video content for promotional videos, client testimonials, training materials, and social media; operating and maintaining professional video and audio equipment; developing creative concepts and storyboards with marketing teams; managing post-production processes including editing, color correction, sound design, motion graphics, and visual effects; optimizing content for various distribution channels; coordinating with external vendors and talent; organizing and archiving media assets; and staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- • The role is part of Ansira’s Media Production team, which supports marketing and communication initiatives for clients through professional audiovisual content creation, emphasizing quality, brand alignment, and technical excellence.
- • The specialist will develop advanced skills in end-to-end video production, gain experience with industry-standard tools like Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, strengthen collaboration with cross-functional teams, and build a professional portfolio while contributing to impactful client campaigns.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in video production, editing, and post-production
- • Proficiency with professional video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
- • Strong understanding of videography principles, including lighting, composition, and audio recording techniques
- • Experience with motion graphics and visual effects software (e.g., Adobe After Effects) is highly desirable
- • Demonstrated ability to develop creative concepts and translate them into compelling visual stories
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
- • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- • A portfolio or reel showcasing relevant video production work is required
