📋 Description

• • As a Medical Consultant at IDEXX Laboratories, you will provide expert telephone consultations to veterinary clients on laboratory result interpretation, diagnostic test procedures, and treatment options, directly supporting animal health outcomes and customer satisfaction.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include advising veterinarians on appropriate diagnostic tests in laboratory and in-house diagnostics, interpreting lab findings, recommending next steps and therapies, supporting the laboratory team on medical questions, and collaborating cross-functionally with teams such as Lab, Marketing, and Sales.
