- • Provide expert medical data review services as part of a specialized team focused on rheumatology clinical trials, ensuring data quality, integrity, and compliance with regulatory standards while supporting end-to-end study delivery.
- • Conduct in-stream data trend analysis, define data capture requirements, audit readiness preparations, and serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in multi-disciplinary team and client meetings.
- • Lead and manage clinical data review staff, including performance appraisal, professional development guidance, employee relations, and HR-related decisions in alignment with organizational policies and regulations.
- • Drive continuous improvement in task efficiency and deliverable quality, provide therapeutic area training to project teams, and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive issue identification and resolution.
🎯 Requirements
- • Board certified Rheumatologist (required)
- • Medical degree (MD) or equivalent 5-year college degree in medicine
- • Proven expertise in proactive identification of clinical data issues and strong analytical skills
- • Excellent project management, coaching, and organizational abilities with minimal supervision
- • Ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities, and staff performance in a matrix team environment
- • Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills with experience in multi-disciplinary and external meetings
