• • Medical Director, Digital and Everyday Care at Devoted Health, Inc. is a physician leadership role focused on architecting the future of 'Everyday Care' by merging primary and virtual care through AI-enabled digital channels to deliver accessible, high-quality support for members.
• • Day to day responsibilities include leading a team of Nurse Practitioners overseeing digital visit escalations, developing vision for AI-enabled Everyday Care expansion, providing direct patient care via the portal, reviewing documentation and triage accuracy, building clinical AI agents and tooling, and partnering with Product and Engineering teams to define clinical decision trees and escalation guardrails.
